Working Together with God for Rural Transformation:

People living in rural communities of developing countries have limited access to essential development resources. Synergy Initiatives was established as the strategic alliance program of Community Uplift Ministries. We serve as a tangible manifestation of Christ’s love by advocating faith, hope and love among the poor and championing the need for essential rural community development resources by helping to identify those needs and establishing collaborative relationships to meet them in targeted communities where our sister programs Circle of Light (CoL) and Children of Hope (COH) are already serving.

Since the launch of the very first Circle of Light Energy Store in 2002, it has been the intention of Community Uplift Ministries to work collaboratively with other like-minded development ministries and organizations. We work together in an effort to invite others to faith in Jesus and care for those suffering in extreme poverty. In so doing, we add our small story to the much larger story of Jesus’ tender mercies and amazing grace.
